SpireLine’s flagship offering—FormStream—is an information sharing mobile electronic forms (e-forms) application which provides a secure, highly scalable, open standard, network independent method for the distribution and synchronization of e-forms to mobile devices. The implementation of FormStream allows organizations to update and modernize their business processes to utilize the sophisticated form and user-based rules and process routing capabilities of FormStream. 

FormStream has been serving the market since 2001 and enjoys strong customer endorsements from public safety agencies that include among others: Onondaga County/Syracuse, New York; Rochester, New York; Minneapolis, Minnesota and many others.

SpireLine Systems acquired FormStreamTM Mobile Field Reporting (MFR) software assets, staff, and all related contracts and agreements from Patron Systems, Inc.
